When it comes to exercise and fitness, doing what you can, no matter how little, is still worthwhile. Saying that you don't have time for exercise is not necessarily true since most of us can do 50 jumping jacks, 10 pushups or some simple stretching exercises before going to bed at night. Exercise and fitness will increase your health and overall happiness.
