  2. Keep inhaling and exhaling concentrating on how your breath feels. If you get distracted, it's okay. Just focus on your breath and continue.

  3. Remain seated quietly for a few more minutes savoring the stillness and let your inner strength guide you toward total relaxation.

  4. Finish by setting a good intention such as “I will be my best self" or "Today will be a great day", or "I embrace life".
